国际科技战略与政策研究中心分中心简介
2016年1月，中国科学技术发展战略研究院与绵阳市人民政府在西南科技大学bat365在线平台正式挂牌组建成立了国际科技战略与政策研究中心分中心。分中心以发挥区域国际科技合作对“一带一路”国家战略的支撑引领作用为主线，以增强战略互信、促进共同发展为导向，以全面提升学校及中国（绵阳）科技城区域科技创新合作的层次和水平目标，重点聚焦国际国内培训、高端国际交流和科技战略与政策研究和培训，为构建符合区域需要，发展理念相通、要素流动畅通、科技设施联通、创新链条融通、人员交流顺通的国际创新共同体作出贡献。组建成立以来，中心凝聚了一批从事科技战略与政策管理、国际政治与国际关系等方面的专家学者，研究队伍达30余人。成功申报科技部发展中国家援外技术培训班项目、上海市人民政府委托项目、省市科技管理研究项目，举办“共建一带一路：中国道路的经验与启示”国际论坛，并积极投身到四川省、绵阳市“一带一路”国际科技交流与合作，为区域经济社会发展贡献智慧和力量。
Introduction to the Sub-center of International Science and Technology
Strategy and Policy Study Center
In January 2016,sub-center of International Science and Technology Strategy and Policy Study Center was formally established by China Institute of Science and Technology Development with The People’s Government of Mianyang City ,located in the college of Marxism, Southwest University of Science and Technology.The Sub-center plays a leading and supporting role in regional international science and technology cooperation to Belt and Road national strategies as the main line, guiding by enhancing strategic mutual trust and promoting common development, whose goal is to fully upgrade the level of school and China(Mianyang), science and technology city, regional cooperation in scientific and technological innovation.It focus the eyesight on international and domestic training, research and training on high-end international communication and scientific and technological strategy and policy, making a contribution to an international innovation community, which meeting the demand of region, finding some similarities in the concept of development, keeping factors the wells flowing, linking the technological facilities together, financing the innovation chain, unimpeded the exchange of personnel. the center has cohered a number of scholars and experts, who work on scientific and technical strategy, policy and management, international political and relations.since it was established, researchers team is composed of more than 30 members. In one year, the center has declared the project of Country Technical department developing countries aiding foreign technical training courses, the entrustment project of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and some provinces projects of technology management research successful. Holding the forum on China's Experience and Inspirationto the World on Jointly Building the Belt and Road, devoting into the Belt and Road international cooperation in science and technology in Mianyang, Sichuan province, contributing wisdom and strength to the development of regional economy and society development.
